Ministry of Education (2004) ​HIV/AIDS in the Workplace Programme for Ministry of Education​The HIV/AIDS Workplace Programme in the Ministry of Education aims to bring the reality of HIV/AIDS to all employees; prevent further infection amongst the work force; create a supportive environment foa all staff, both those who are living with AIDS and those who are not; communicate the care and support structures that are available to infected employees and their families; maintain a stable workforce and minimize the costs of the epidemic on the education sector; and, provide counselling services to employees and families infected / affected by HIV/AIDS.
