At the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) 2008 Annual Meeting, held in New York, Sept 23-26, President Clinton announced a newschool feeding and de-worming initiative that will reach more than 20 million children in over 30 countries. This mega commitment included commitments from the World Bank, the World Food Program, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Digicel, Save the Children and Deworm the World, among other organizations and private sector companies.
